On July 2, 2021, a tragic car accident claimed the lives of a beloved family of four: Tesmond, Tanya, Levi, and Judah. To honor their memory, the foundation was established by their mother, Denita Thomas, and sister, Chonna Thomas.

This close-knit family was always together, and the foundation aims to continue their legacy of love and community.

The foundation gives back to the community in various ways. Each year, it organizes a backpack giveaway for selected schools, ensuring that children have the supplies they need for the school year.

Additionally, in honor of Levi and Judah's favorite holiday, the foundation hosts a Trunk-or-Treat event to bring joy to the community.

Furthermore, the foundation provides the Tesmond Thomas & Latanya Jones Memorial Scholarship, titled "Honoring Legacy, Inspiring Future Entrepreneurs."
